My Opinion
After applying these swatches to my arm, I was surprised by their opacity and ability to blend out.
More Thoughts
I was immediately curious if these could be used as a primer. Before doing any online research, I decided to test my own hypothesis. I applied a yellow shadow on top of the white cream eyeshadow, and the color stuck beautifully. It was not patchy. I am excited to experiment more with this, especially with Halloween coming up.
I did find online that E.l.f. recommends, “If using as a primer, allow to set before applying more color.”
